I had a great booking experience in this hotel with non-smoking rooms in Kounahiri. I was looking to book a hotel with fitness facilities in Kounahiri, and found the price very low at a very desirable hotel with indoor pools in Kounahiri to be approximately 30% cheaper than I was finding anywhere else for that particular place, including other discount & famous booking websites. I was suspicious that it may even be a scam (particularly when my initial payment didn't go through). I spoke with a few people in customer service about the situation, and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue.
