I had a great booking experience in this hotel with non-smoking rooms in Matsubara. I was looking to book a hotel with fitness facilities in Matsubara, and found the price very low at a very desirable hotel with indoor pools in Matsubara to be approximately 30% cheaper than I was finding anywhere else for that particular place, including other discount & famous booking websites. I was suspicious that it may even be a scam (particularly when my initial payment didn't go through). I spoke with a few people in customer service about the situation, and they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. After payment was completed, I called the hotel with outdoor pool in Matsubara directly and the confirmed our reservation. We were extremely happy in the end, and unlike many other discount website rooms, we even ended up with a great location, near the steps down to breakfast and with a direct view of the place.
